Nbajer's Terms & Conditions — Detailed Guidelines

5. In Live Betting, if a bet is cancelled due to a system delay or technical issue, the stake will be returned to your Wallet.

nbajer accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays caused by third-party service failures (payment gateways, telecom providers).
• If account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, pandemics, etc.).

Nbajer is committed to maintaining high service quality and targets 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted service. Any disruptions will be resolved as quickly as possible.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned.

nbajer reserves the right to suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If age or identity verification fails.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Due to legal obligations.
